Standard cleanings start at $100 for most homes. The final price depends on size, condition, and frequency. Use the booking form for an instant estimate.
Do you charge more for deep cleans?
Deep cleans start at $200. They are more thorough and take longer — ideal for first-time clients or seasonal resets.
Is there a discount for recurring clients?
Yes. Weekly clients save 15%, bi-weekly clients save 10%, and monthly clients save 5% vs one-time rates.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your estimate is your price. We confirm the final number before any work begins.
Do you require a deposit?
Not required, but optional. A refundable deposit holds your preferred time slot.
Scheduling
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 48 hours is recommended. Same-week bookings are available based on availability.
What times are available?
Monday through Saturday, mornings (8am–12pm) and afternoons (12pm–5pm).
Can I set up a recurring schedule?
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules are available. Set it once and we handle the rest.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a key or access code. Our team is background-checked and bonded.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will reschedule at no charge.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive with all equipment and eco-friendly products. You provide nothing.
What's included in a standard clean?
Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, bathroom and kitchen sanitizing, trash removal, and bed making.
What's included in a deep clean?
Everything in standard, plus inside appliances, baseboards, blinds, interior windows, and behind and under furniture.
What's included in a move-out clean?
Full deep clean plus inside all cabinets and drawers, walls spot-cleaned, and a garage sweep. Guaranteed deposit-ready.
Can I request specific tasks or skip certain areas?
